11.12.2015 Team from Polish Rzeszów University of Technology won the competition Mars rovers

Third place went to the team Scorpio from Polish Wrocław University of Technology. This is the fourth triumph of Polish students in University Rover Challenge (URC), a prestigious international competitions of Mars rovers built by students, held in the American desert in Utah, near Mars base analogue MDRS.

11.12.2015 Planetary probe built by students of AGH University in Kraków won in the US

AGH team defeated 59 teams from all over the world (including representatives of the most prestigious universities in the United States, Canada, India, Great Britain) and took first place in the CanSat Competition, which is organized by the American Astronautical Society (AAS), American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the US space agency NASA

10.12.2015 Polish students among the world’s best mathematicians

Two students from the University of Warsaw and one from each the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń won the first prizes in the 21st International Mathematical Competition for University Students in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
