Rzeszow
Rzeszów - the city established in 14th century is situated in southeastern part of Poland and has 185 000 inhabitants.
There are three universities in Rzeszów (a University, Technical University and University of Information Technology and Management) and several schools of higher education, with 53 000 of students.
Rzeszów is the capital of the aviation cluster in Poland, called the "Aviation Valley", which includes Rzeszów Technical University and about 115 aviation factories around the city. Several of the biggest aviation factories like Pratt&Whitney, Goodrich Corporation or MTU Aero Engines are located in Rzeszów.
Other big companies located in Rzeszów are: Asseco Poland (the largest Polish software firm), Easter IT Cluster, Sanofi-Aventis and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (pharmacy), Zelmer (houshold equipment) and Novartis International (Gerber Products Company).
Within recent 25 years Rzeszów has been the most dynamic and the fastest growing Polish city.
Rzeszów has its local airport with international connections.
